Congratulations on your new position! What comes next?

Based on your new role, an HR Representative will contact you regarding applicable next steps which include pre-employment screening processes. Further information can be found here: Pre-employment Process

Compliance with University’s COVID-19 Vaccination policy: Once an employee receives login credentials from Information Technology, they are required to upload proof of full vaccination via COVID 19-Vaccination Portal no later than five (5) business days prior to the start of employment.

If requesting a medical or religious exemption please email the Office of Payroll and Employee Benefits at Payroll@wpunj.edu no later than five (5) business days prior to the start of employment. Those with approved medical or religious exemptions will be subject to regular COVID-19 testing, and will be required to wear masks while indoors on campus and maintain appropriate social distance wherever possible.
