Electing to receive W-2s electronically reduces printing and mailing costs and provides access to additional benefits, including: Earlier access to the Form W-2 than paper copies. No possibility for a lost, stolen, delayed or misplaced Form W-2. The Form W-2 is accessed via WPConnect securely using the employee’s credentials (username and password). Worldwide access from any place with Internet connection. Employee may print multiple copies or save it and email it at their convenience. Once consent is given, it remains in force. No annual renewal is required. History of Employee W-2 Forms will be available in Banner via WPConnect back to 2005. The IRS has approved the distribution of Form W-2 in electronic form in lieu of paper, but employee consent is required in order to initiate this request. It is the employee's responsibility to ensure that the home address on your Human Resources record is correct. Employees who need to change their address should complete the Address Change Form online by clicking on the link below. Former employees should contact the Office of Human Resources by January 1st to ensure that their W2 Form is mailed to the correct address.
