All Full and Part Time employees including faculty, staff, adjuncts, student employees, and graduate assistants are paid on the regular biweekly payroll. Paychecks are distributed one week after the pay period ends. Payday is Friday unless it is a holiday. All employees are strongly encouraged to enroll in the Direct Deposit Program. This program allows your paycheck to be electronically transferred to a bank account of your choice. The program is convenient and the funds are in your account on payday. The Payroll Office is also able to split the direct deposit into a total of six separate accounts, which may be at different financial institutions. Pay statements up to 2023 are in Banner Self Service and accessible through WPConnect. Starting in 1/1/2024, Pay Statements are available in Workday Self Service.
